Set priorities and stick to them. Develop and use tools to set and monitor priority progress.  We perform better with a system of progress reports. Leaders need to concentrate on the few major areas where superior performance will produce outstanding results. If you did not focus on a specific priority, would it get done?  Assign others to focus on secondary priorities.
