Delegating to a team adds complexities. A process to make sure delegation is clear to all team members is needed. RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) and MOCHA (Manager, Owner, Consulted, Helper, and Approver) are examples. Think through the team dynamics that may result from delegation of responsibilities, resources and timelines. Be open to feedback in the delegation process to better address these issues.
