Avoid business-planning burnout.
- too much planning, not enough action - needs to be appropriate balance of time and resources for the organization, matter of balance - very similar to too many meetings, too long of meetings and ineffectively run meetings - must be appropriate level of sophistication to match the organization; and level of planning training for individuals in organization
