This is the ".form/dc" template. It should be called in the following format:

  • Labels are defined by page Project:.form/dc/menus.
  • Instructions for the dropdown menu itself is the content of a page named, e.g., Project:.form/page-namespace/dc/text. If the form has no custom instructions, then the content of Project:.form/dc/text is used.
  • Templates are named with reference to the namespace of a page being created, e.g., Template:.form/page-namespace/dc:inScheme. Default templates are used if a namespace has no custom template, e.g., Template:.form/dc:inScheme.
  • Instructions for a field is the content of a page named, e.g., Project:.form/page-namespace/dc:inScheme. If instructions are not provided by a form, then default instructions are used, e.g., Project:.form/dc:inScheme/text.
