ProjectsAtWork is a community of practitioners and thought-leaders breaking down barriers and building bridges to better manage projects, programs, portfolios and teams.

How Do You Get Things Done in the Real World?

We are constantly exploring that question and its many answers.

ProjectsAtWork is THE online destination for leading-edge approaches and perspectives in program, portfolio, and project management. Our goal has always been to engage and collaborate with the PM community, bringing fresh thinking and new ideas to the forefront while building bridges to techniques that have stood the test of time. Established in 2001, ProjectsAtWork has evolved with the project management community, reaching a steadily growing audience of project, portfolio and PMO leaders, business executives, consultants and team members working in all types of organizations and industries across the globe.

Our logo reflects that sense of constant, positive change. Project management, like a paper clip, starts off as a tried and true everyday tool – familiar to everyone. Both PM and paper clips can be twisted, morphed and used in a thousand different ways. Many of those ways are constantly being refined and some have yet to be discovered. Our job is to not only help you keep tabs on all of the new angles, but get a feel for how to integrate them into your current way or working.

Our mission is to guide and connect management professionals on the leading edge. We exist to help them get things done in the real world, using the right mix of today's fresh approaches and existing established standards.
