Delegation: Delegate with the RACI delegation checklist
Use a RACI checklist to define the various roles in completing tasks or deliverables for a project:
- Responsible--person who performs an activity or does the work;
- Accountable--person who is ultimately accountable and has Yes/No/Veto power;
- Consulted--person who needs to provide feedback and contribute; and (4) Informed--person who needs to know of the decision or action.
